My grandma, who had always seemed frugal, had secretly bought these cards to help struggling families in need, never seeking recognition. This was her last one. Overcome with emotion, I decided to honor her legacy. I gave the card to a young woman in need, just as my grandma would have. My grandma wasn’t cheap; she was the richest woman I knew, not in money, but in love. I now carry forward her generosity in my own way, spreading kindness wherever I can
