Classic Cornbread Dressing A comforting and flavorful side dish, this cornbread dressing is perfect for holidays or family gatherings. Ingredients: 3 cups crumbled cornbread 2 tbsp butter 1 small onion, diced ½ cup celery, chopped 2 large eggs, beaten 2 cups chicken stock 1 tbsp dried sage (or to taste) Salt & black pepper to taste Instructions: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 7×11-inch baking dish. Place crumbled cornbread in a large bowl. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and sauté onion and celery until softened (5-7 minutes). Add sautéed veggies to the cornbread. Stir in chicken stock, eggs, sage, salt, and pepper until well combined. Pour mixture into the baking dish and bake for 30 minutes until golden brown
