The two attempted to hide when they realized they were on the jumbotron, sparking speculation and online buzz.
A former employee described Byron as a “toxic” leader, adding that ex-staffers are “laughing their heads off” at the incident.
“The group chats are blowing up,” they said, suggesting some see it as karma for Byron’s behavior at the company.
Byron, who is reportedly married, has not commented.
Cabot finalized a divorce in 2022.
Astronomer has also remained silent. Byron became CEO in July 2023 after the company raised $93 million in funding.
His LinkedIn profile has since been deleted.
