Detailed Symptoms

Redness:
The skin around the pimple appears red and inflamed.

Swelling:
The area becomes raised and swollen, sometimes forming a noticeable lump under the skin.

Pain or Tenderness:
The pimple may be sore to the touch, especially if it’s large or located near a joint.

Warmth:
The affected area may feel warmer than the surrounding skin due to inflammation.

Pus or Whitehead Formation:
A white or yellow tip may develop, indicating a buildup of pus inside.

Itching or Irritation:
Some people feel mild itching around the area before or during the breakout.

Tightness of the Skin:
If the pimple is large, the skin may feel stretched or tight in that area.
