After more than 35 years, Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos say goodbye to the live studio

On April 1, *Live with Kelly and Mark* filmed its final episode at its longtime studio, 7 Lincoln Square, after 37 years. Kelly Ripa, who joined in 2001, and her husband Mark Consuelos, who became co-host in 2023, shared the studio’s sentimental value, especially as their children grew up there. Ripa reflected on balancing motherhood and a full-time career, while Consuelos noted the studio’s significance in their personal journey, as it was where they unexpectedly reunited in 1996. The show is among the last to move to ABC’s new headquarters at 7 Hudson Square
