Posted on June 9, 2025 By Admin

The tragic death of beloved DJ and dancer Stephen ‘tWitch’ Boss, 40, best known for his role on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, has left fans and the dance world devastated. A shining light in entertainment, tWitch was known for his infectious smile, energy, and creativity. Behind that smile, however, he was quietly battling depression—something few people knew.

His passing shocked those who knew and admired him. A vibrant force in dance, his legacy lives on through his unforgettable choreography and warm spirit.

Many celebrities expressed their sorrow and support for his wife, Allison Holker, and their three children.

Nigel Lythgoe, creator of So You Think You Can Dance, shared, “I’m heartbroken. Stephen inspired so many people. It’s hard to understand how someone so loved could feel so lost.”

Ellen DeGeneres posted, “tWitch was all love and light. He was my family. I loved him with all my heart. I’ll miss him deeply.”

Michelle Obama wrote, “I was heartbroken to hear about Stephen’s passing. I got to know him through the Let’s Move! Initiative and visits to Ellen’s show. My thoughts are with his family.”

Jennifer Lopez, who worked with tWitch on World of Dance, shared photos and memories, writing, “He had a beautiful, shining soul. I’m heartbroken. Love and strength to his wife and children.”
