In her final post, Anna Grace, visibly ill, thanked Tim Tebow for a care package and smiled through her pain. Diagnosed in late 2024 with an aggressive brain tumor, she remained hopeful and faithful throughout. Her funeral will be held May 29 in Georgia.
Donations in her honor are going to the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation.
