Newspaper helps maintain stable temperature and slows down the ripening process of bananas. Wrap each banana individually, avoiding wrapping the entire bunch together to prevent bruising. Additionally, store bananas wrapped in newspaper in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight. Storing bananas with newspaper can keep them fresh for about 3-5 days
