Do you have two holes in your lower back? Then see what it means

Posted on March 14, 2025 By Admin

Venus dimples, or “dimples of Venus,” are small indentations on the lower back, just above the buttocks. Formed by a ligament connecting the skin to the posterior superior iliac spine, they are named after Venus, the Roman goddess of love, and are often associated with beauty. Some people naturally have them due to genetics, while others develop them through fitness and a low body fat percentage. In men, these indentations are called “Apollo holes” and are linked to good circulation, muscle definition, and overall health. Beyond aesthetics, they may enhance blood flow in the pelvic region, potentially increasing sexual pleasure. Though they cannot be artificially created, they are more visible in physically fit individuals and are admired as a sign of vitality
